Here is a first look at the collaboration between artist <a href=\"https:\/\/urban-nation.com\/artist\/heather-mclean\/\">Heather McLean<\/a> (Canada) and the amazing musicians from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.minor-victories.com\">Minor Victories<\/a> (UK)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heather McLean will work on two paintings inspired by these songs given by the band:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Song No. 1 \u2013 100 ropes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cYou told me not to take a look<br> Never thought this could happen<br> Here we are on an open sea<br> With no way to go back<br> You hold me as you shiver<br> The coral beneath us glows<br> There\u2019s so much to discover<br> All my senses are numb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">And a storm is rising<\/span><\/p><p>The blood rushes and the current swirls<br> Lungs full about to burst<br> Like a pulley of a hundred ropes<br> As you come back up for the next breath<br> The ocean is at war<br> Reckless, scattered and torn<br> There is everything to fear my love<br> The tide is out and the fight is up\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Song No. 2 \u2013 Scattered Ashes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cTell me what it\u2019s all about<br> Shed tears for God\u2019s rejected<br> Cut the cord, rewind the ending<br> Take my life back to the start<br> Pick up the pieces of my heart<br> Let it be over<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Smoke another cigarette<br> Draw into the cavern of my failing<br> Lungs with heightened senses<br> Scattered ashes<br> All that\u2019s left of a lifetime that we had planned<br> I am here and you are not\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">We do NOT miss a beat!<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next collaboration introduction is the one between pop punk goddess <a href=\"https:\/\/urban-nation.com\/artist\/lora-zombie\/\">Lora Zombie<\/a> (Russia) &nbsp;and Los Angeles indie rock band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.warpaintwarpaint.com\/\">Warpaint<\/a> (USA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspired from the vey first moment and already familiar with the band &nbsp;\u2013 &nbsp;before we even approached her \u2013 &nbsp;Lora Zombie immediately decided to dedicate no one but several works to this collaboration.
