Welcome to the digital ticket system!
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, visits to the Museum are only possible to a limited extent until further notice. The health of the visitors and employees of the URBAN NATION Museum is our top priority!
In order to avoid long waiting queues in front of the museum, a digital ticketing system is now available, which lets you book time slots for visits from March 16th, 2021. The tickets and the general admission to the museum remain free of charge.
Before making a reservation, please read our information on booking, privacy policy and our COVID-19 measures on this page carefully!
Good to know – the main facts for your visit
We ask for your understanding for these measures, which enable us to reopen the URBAN NATION Museum within the framework of the current regulations of the Berlin cultural administration.
Should the Berlin-wide incidence value rise to a value above 100 per 100,000 inhabitants, we will be forced to close the URBAN NATION Museum again to visitors.
We are looking forward to your visit!
