digital ticket system

Welcome to the digital ticket system!

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, visits to the museum are restricted until further notice. The health of the visitors and staff of the URBAN NATION Museum is our highest priority!

In order to avoid long waiting queues in front of the museum, a digital ticketing system is now available, which lets you book time slots for visits from March 16th, 2021. The tickets and the general admission to the museum remain free of charge.

Before making a reservation, please read our information on booking, privacy policy and our COVID-19 measures on this page carefully!
