Small artists and large monsters take over Berlin

URBAN NATION and The Monster Project show in the upcoming exhibition that monsters can do good.

Last Friday, 89 children came from 17 Berlin establishments to the kick-off workshop in order to draw their small and large monsters. The reason for this is the collaboration between the URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART and the Texan Monster Project, curated by Katie Johnson and Yasha Young. The children aged five to twelve drew their most imaginative monsters, which were then brought to life by artistic mentors and displayed in an exhibition. The works of art are being sold for a good purpose and are supporting the continuing work of The Monster Project and the Berliner Herz children’s hospice.
