URBAN NATION X Lange Nacht der Museen 2019

Last Saturday our museum was open longer than usual for a very special reason: The “Lange Nacht der Museen” (engl. Long Night of the Museums). Almost 1,000 visitors took this opportunity to explore the URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART at a late hour and with nightly charm. Guided express tours through the museum did the rest for an incomparable, almost magical museum experience.

For the third time, the URBAN NATION museum took part in the “Lange Nacht der Museen”. For those interested in culture and those who wanted to experience the magic of museums at night, this event was undoubtedly an absolute highlight. Many of Berlin’s institutions and museums were available for visitors to choose from. During the summer night of August 31st, many people were attracted to the URBAN NATION Museum in Schöneberg. Here they were able to discover the current exhibitions with all their highlights on guided tours in German and English and experience many insights and background knowledge about the individual works of art and the museum itself.

What is already thrilling during the day seemed to intensify during this night. We looked into smiling and amazed faces and are already looking forward to the next time.
