Floating Murals by 21er Gallery

As part of the Bülow Street Festival, the 21er Gallery hosted an exciting workshop format for kids, offering them a chance to dive into the world of graffiti art. Under expert guidance from experienced artists, young participants had the opportunity to experiment with spray cans and explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment.

The @21ergallery, founded in 2018 on the grounds of the ZK/U in Moabit, is a vibrant community of graffiti artists committed to education, collaboration, and socially impactful projects. Known for organizing events like the annual Anti-Racism Jam, the gallery brings together creators to make powerful statements against discrimination through collaborative mural art.

During a live graffiti battle, the members of the 21er Gallery competed against each other in real time to create exciting works of street art. The event gave the audience an authentic insight into the energy and skill that make up the graffiti scene.

The aim of the workshop and the battle was to teach the basics of spray painting while promoting self-empowerment and inclusivity.
