Welcome to our “About Us” page!
Since the opening in September 2017, the URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART has offered visitors a varied insight into the history of urban contemporary art in changing exhibitions.
With this unique platform for urban art in Berlin, the Berliner Leben Foundation, which launched this initiative, wants to support the exchange with the neighborhood and the mediation of culture and art. Young people in particular should be inspired and encouraged in this way.
On this page you will learn more about the history of the museum, the Urban Nation initiative and how you can support us in our work.
Since September 2017, the building at Bülowstraße 7 has been home to the URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART. Learn more about the history of the house, the evolution of URBAN NATION and the exhibitions.

URBAN NATION is an initiative of the non-profit foundation Berliner Leben. If you enjoyed your visit to the museum and would like to support us in our work, we would be very happy to receive a donation.
