Designer and illustrator, Andreas Preis is an artist, currently living and working Berlin.

His work focuses mostly upon drawing and painting portraits of animals, abstract shapes and ornaments, through a range of different mediums such as paper, canvas, walls and wood. Andreas’ works are featured in the URBAN NATION 2018 exhibition, ‘UN-DERSTAND The Power of Art as a Social Architect’

Graduating from the Georg-Simon-Ohm University with a diploma in 2009, his skill set includes illustration, murals, tape art and live paintings as well as the different areas of traditional communications design like typography, graphic design, logo design and art direction. His drawings are quite edgy with thick outlines and lots of details, but still realistic, the patterns tend to be his most distinctive moniker on his pieces of art although more recently he has began experimenting with other disciplines like people and portraits.
