Biography / Erik Siador

Philippine born and San Francisco-based artist, Erik Siador is best known for his cryptic and spectacular line work in his figurative and illustrative artwork. As a designer he worked for international brands like Nike, Google and many more. Erik’s works are featured as a part of the opening of URBAN NATION Museum in 2017.

Born in the Phillipines, raised in Stockton, California, and based in San Francisco, Erik Siador describes his artistic intentions in two short but meaningful sentences: “There are those who create what we see. Then there are those who create what we don’t.” His work is multidisciplinary and includes design, illustration, mechanical engineering, industrial and fashion design as well as merchandising, marketing and curating content, a rich diversity that leads to works with a quality of living and breathing entities, organic or mechanical, embedding the depth of his soul in a cryptic line work. As an artist he had several solo shows in galleries since he graduated in illustration and concept design from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.
