m05k was born in Amsterdam and raised in western Germany. His work combines abstract, figurative painting, typography and Post-Graffiti components and it is based on autobiographical experiences as a graffiti writer and trained graphic designer with focus on illustration. Mostly he paints on things he find in the streets, but he is also specialized in large scale murals, as well in screen printing. He gives creative workshops, lectures and also curate exhibitions. m05k was a scholar of Fresh A.I.R.
Project discription:
His project is a temporary use concept. He will invite other artists to a private owned place without function and/or identity to make it through the interaction a public one and to integrate it in the city.
