Biography / Pixel Pancho

Italian artist Pixel Pancho is by all means, one of the most inspirational and thought-provoking painters of our time. From walls to tiles, posters to stickers, canvasses to installations, his art has been seen across the globe. Pixel Pancho’s works are featured in the URBAN NATION 2018 exhibition, ‘UN-DERSTAND The Power of Art as a Social Architect’.

In his youth, he first came across art with his grandfather, who painted for a hobby, he taught him all basics from colour variations to shapes. It was down to this nurturing that interest in painting that he fell in love and pursued a future in art. Studying at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts he then finished the remainder of his studies in Valencia. Pixel’s reputation as a graffiti and street artist grew across Spanish and Italian streets, inspired by the street life and his peers, his works continued to gain traction across the world.

The majority of his artistic muse is based around machines, robots and other sci-fi related factors, his thoughts derives from the notion that man pass on their desires of immortality through the medium of robots.
