About the project

As a FRESH A.I.R. schloarship holder, Rita António explores and studies Berlin through the eyes of a foreigner, a traveler. She first began to explore some places of interest, running away from the obvious and touristic spots, to later find her biggest inspiration in the locals themselves.  In her illustrations and comics, Rita deals with the habits of Berliners and cliché images that exist about them – always with an humoristic aproach.
