Japanese artist Usugrow began his artistic career designing flyers and posters for the underground punk and hardcore music scene in the 90s. He has worked extensively with musicians, skate and fashion brands to produce highly-desirable collaborations.
Usugrow’s outstanding calligraphy and illustrative style has set him apart from the rest of the urban contemporary art scene in his work. He also produces notable 3-dimensional pieces and collaborates with other artists on productions.
Exhibiting across the globe in some of the most prominent urban art galleries in the UK, USA, Australia, Russia and Mexico, Usugrow works from his base in Japan, maintaining a strong cult following for his monochromatic works.
