About the project

on uneven ground

In her project “on uneven ground” the artist explores areas on the outskirts of the city. Of mountains overgrown with dense shrubbery or spacious grasslands with rolling hills. it‘s a story of places whose constitution reveals itself only at second glance, when the bushes clear or the sward breaks.

They are wild dumps. Places that seem like a disordered archive telling of human behavior, of dysfunctional processes and failed ideas. They are relics of urbanity, the origin and development of which can only be speculated.
