Biography / Sarah Louise Davey

The disturbing and grotesquely beautiful ceramic sculptures by Sarah Louise Davey leave the viewer with mixed feelings. Her art can be found on her collaboration with URBAN NATION on Project M/14 in 2019.

In a mixture of capricious beauty and macabre exaggeration, she creates creatures overwhelmed by hope and beaten with twinges of nostalgia. At the heart of these works is the eternal push and pull of the spirit.
