Biography / Young Jarus

Young Jarus was born in 1992 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. His is a true realistic master, best known for his mural artwork that reflects a photorealistic life-like characters that reflect the environment as well. Together with Francisco Bosoletti, Young Jarus, has collaborated with URBAN NATION by contributing his works on an Epic One Wall Crossover project in 2018.

Young Jarus has earned his degree at the Academy of Realist Art Toronto. One can see that during the journey of creating his now indeed recognizable style Jarus few realist masters had influenced his artwork. He uses several mediums like an acrylic, oil and spray paint for his figures and portraits artwork that look as if they are caught in their thoughts. The beauty behind his work is that he uses the classical oil paint technique while working with stay paint. His focus is definitely the color and the environment where the figure needs to be placed. His mural artwork can be found in many cities in Canada, USA Mexico, and Europe. At the beginning of 2018 he painted an outstanding Apollo mural (from the Greek mythology) together with Francisco Bosoletti, who painted in a negative light a portrait from Daphne. They have created something that will stay in Berlin’s memory and hopefully make people look at things in a new way.
