The artist group innerfields create a new ONE WALL, which honors the courage and acts of resistance of Dorothee and Harald Poelchau during National Socialism in Germany.
Under the motto “ONE WALL – one wall, one artist, one message”, URBAN NATION has been inviting internationally renowned and emerging artists to create monumental paintings on building facades in Berlin since 2014. In this way, the face of the city is changed sustainably through urban art.
Every ONE WALL conveys an artistic position: the artists deal with the environment and then create an individual work. Through the targeted creative examination of the respective neighborhood, art and the neighborhood are linked with one another.

The artist Lukas Zeiliger will create a new ONE WALL for the URBAN NATION Museum on two walls of a parking garage in Spandau.
The artist duo Mots (Jagoda Cierniak, Poland, and Diogo Ruas, Portugal) explored the emotional power and aesthetic expression of objects during their stay in Berlin as part of the Fresh A.I.R. #4 residency program. One result of their artistic research is the ONE WALL at Spandauer Obstallee 22 that was painted in March, 2021.
Berlin street artist Christian Hinz aka “Kera” realized a new ONE WALL for Gewobag in October 2023. At Holtheimer Weg 25/27 in Berlin-Lichterfelde, a six- and seven-story building has been extensively renovated over the past three years.
The Berlin street artist Paula Marie has created a ONE WALL on the facade of an apartment building at Habermannzeile 1C in Charlottenburg-Nord. The painting is the result of a cooperation between the German Resistance Memorial Center, the Foundation Berliner Leben with the support of Gewobag.
RABI created in September 2023 a new mural as part of the ONE WALL project, at Bötzowstr. 59, Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, extending his exhibition PM/20_gen+esc at the new Satelite Gallery at Sonnenallee 126, Berlin-Neukölln, into urban space.
With the latest wall design in Prenzlauer Berg on the corner of Stargarder Straße/Schönhauser Allee, the second One Wall by a Fresh A.I.R. fellow has now been implemented. The Ukrainian artist Apl315 created a sort of large-format picture puzzle within a week, which combines wall scribbles and notes from his hometown Odessa with his temporary home Berlin on several levels.
With the involvement of young people from the neighborhood Heerstraße Nord, the Berlin artist duo Various & Gould has realized the ONE WALL “We all here belong to the Us” at Obstallee 45 in Staaken. The work is based on the principle of collage, one of the duo’s essential techniques.
