Bülow Street Festival
From September 13 to 15, 2024, Gewobag’s foundation Berliner Leben invites you to the Bülow Street Festival with creative workshops, floating murals, rousing music and hip-hop acts, delicious street food and much more. In conjunction with the opening of the LOVE LETTERS TO THE CITY exhibition at the URBAN NATION Museum and the “Berlin Democracy Day” month of action, we are celebrating diversity and creative exchange in our city.
The Bülow Street Festival brings together social and artistic projects that are committed to an open and inclusive society. It offers a wonderful opportunity to discover art and culture together and be inspired by the creative energy of the city.
The festival offers a variety of creative workshops, especially for children and young people. Under the guidance of renowned street artists and artists from the Fresh A.I.R. residency program #9, guests can design their own works of art. These interactive experiences are fun and encourage creative expression.
For those who want to learn more about the fascinating world of urban art, we offer guided tours of the neighborhood and the URBAN NATION Museum. Our experienced guides will take you to the highlights of street art and share exciting stories about the artworks and their creators.
The Bülow Streetart Jam from September 9 to 14, 2024 will complement the existing works around the museum with floating murals by 21er Gallery, Dendyden, Dr.Yo, Fabifa, ISS.UE, Jakob der Bruder, Mina Mania, rmyr, sskirl and ZEBU as well as C-Walls by Maxim Brandt, CAZ.L, Kasia Dudziak, Nerea Ferrer, Rommy Gonzales, Pablo ientile, Felix Lies, Kristina Popov, Snyder, wanitapagihari, WESR and Jazoo Yang
The festival also offers a varied program of live performances, including an impressive performance by HipHopHub. Various acts will provide the musical backdrop, creating a good mood and an inviting atmosphere. You can ride a mini ramp with your own skateboards!
